I HIGHLY recommend Gwen for all your home buying and selling needs! She helped us find and secure our forever home and went over and above in doing so. We were selling our house of 34 year by ourselves and we’re having problems with the buyer getting all the inspections needed through their finance company (who dropped the ball) and Gwen came to the rescue and took it on herself to get the inspections going. Without her we would be still be waiting for the finance company to setup the inspections! Gwen has been a Godsend for us and we are now in our forever home!
